Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Inspect machinery and equipment daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders against shipping documents to minimize errors.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Reach Truck, High Reach, or Order Picker) is preferred.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
