Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on pick tickets and order requirements.
- Package items securely using appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, and tape.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping information and barcodes.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
