Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise from shelves to fulfill customer orders with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and scan barcodes for inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update order status.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
