What You'll Do
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from warehouse shelves with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, or damage before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
