Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify products according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Utilize handheld RF scanners to scan items and update inventory systems.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging and shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas and targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
