Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to process orders efficiently.
- Ensure all packing materials are utilized correctly and orders are properly labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory organization and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on warehouse floors.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
