Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and correct specifications before packaging.
- Label, seal, and wrap packages securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Report any damaged goods or missing inventory to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus.
