Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company specifications and safety guidelines.
- Scan items using barcode scanners and handheld devices to ensure precise inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required and certified.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to loading schedules and weight limits.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50+ pounds).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
