Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
- Load and unload trucks according to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
