Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately retrieve items from shelves and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify that the correct products and quantities are being sent.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Shipping Prep: Label packages, apply shipping labels, and prepare documentation.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays (crucial for our Florida and Nashville hubs).
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing packages.
