Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick merchandise from shelves and packing stations using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Packing: Securely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Quality Control: Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged goods.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Heavy Lifting: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy loads as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand English instructions and communicate with team members.
