Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and pack orders to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Load & Unload: Receive, inspect, and load/unload shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for qualified candidates.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
