Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for accuracy, damages, and discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
