Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Prepare: Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed to meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our quality standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience in a warehouse setting is accepted.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy warehouse environment.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
