Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock optimization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Train new staff on inventory procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience
- Proficiency with Excel and inventory management software
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
