Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock movement
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control checks
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
