Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation accuracy
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management analysis
- Maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols for perishable goods
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
- Conduct physical audits quarterly and support year-end inventory counts
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- RF scanner certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
