Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update warehouse management systems
- Generate inventory reports for management and identify shrinkage opportunities
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- RF scanner certification or demonstrated technical aptitude
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Nebraska driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
