Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Manage and update inventory records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) with 100% data integrity.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders, documenting any discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on stock levels, usage, and shortages for management review.
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping departments to resolve inventory issues and optimize stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse storage areas are organized, labeled, and accessible for efficient retrieval.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and experience with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
