Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Utilize barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory records in real-time.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Identify and report discrepancies in stock levels to the Warehouse Manager promptly.
- Assist in organizing warehouse storage areas to maximize space utilization and maintain safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with inventory software is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.
