Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile stock discrepancies with system records.
- Process and document incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Update inventory management software and databases in real-time.
- Assist in the organization, rotation, and storage of stock to ensure FIFO compliance.
- Report inventory shortages or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy under time pressure.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
