Responsibilities
- Perform accurate counts and audits of incoming and outgoing inventory shipments.
- Maintain precise digital and physical records using inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Excel).
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing and storage of goods.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods to the warehouse manager immediately.
- Assist in the organization, layout, and safety of warehouse storage areas.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure high inventory accuracy standards.
- Update inventory databases and prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or logistics certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
