Responsibilities
- Perform accurate physical inventory counts using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate stock variances.
- Assist in the receiving, counting, and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Update digital records and generate daily stock reports.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
