Responsibilities
- Perform accurate daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Input inventory data into ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) with 100% accuracy.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances.
- Label, sort, and organize stock areas to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs based on sales data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or Stock Clerk (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
