Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Utilize WMS software to maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to document transactions
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
