Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories with high accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP software (SAP/Oracle).
- Label and store products securely to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely stock availability for orders.
- Report discrepancies and damaged goods to the inventory manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel especially) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
