Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping in our logistics management system.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve shipping issues and delays immediately to minimize impact on operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations, Incoterms, and freight forwarding processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy warehouse environment.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
