Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process receiving and shipping documentation with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate RF scanners and automated inventory tracking systems
- Maintain real-time inventory records in SAP and Oracle databases
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space utilization
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Participate in annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control experience in warehouse setting
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
