Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all SOPs and quality control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Remote-friendly with reliable internet access for training updates
