Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse operations and KPIs
- Forklift certification and familiarity with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution
- Expert knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
