Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and full inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate WMS systems (Oracle/JDE) to update real-time inventory data
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure proper documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse zones with FIFO compliance
- Generate inventory reports for management and stakeholders
- Train new staff on inventory protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in tech/distribution
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
