Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update tracking systems
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Audit physical stock against system records
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with inventory audits and reconciliation
- Basic Excel proficiency for data reporting
