Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical counts of stock and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records in a timely manner.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital inventory logs using our ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Label, organize, and store stock in designated areas to ensure easy accessibility and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and procurement teams to address stock shortages or overages.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports and assist with annual audits.
- Ensure all inventory storage areas adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or retail stock management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license may be required for warehouse driving tasks.
