Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain a 100% compliance record with OSHA safety standards and company operational procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Keep the warehouse environment organized, clean, and hazard-free at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
