Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload shipments onto and off of trucks, pallets, and conveyors using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels and ensure accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S principles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the team lead immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
