Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Update inventory records in our ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) with precision.
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure data accuracy.
- Locate and retrieve stock items using warehouse management systems.
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
