Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory records in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to document stock movements
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and audit stock condition
- Collaborate with procurement on reorder points and stock optimization
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
