Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize inventory levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure product integrity
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
- Train staff on inventory procedures as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong mathematical and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- OSHA certification a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license
