The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, managing inventory databases, and ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver products on time to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Update inventory management systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) in real-time to reflect stock movements.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by conducting root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage layouts and retrieval processes.
- Organize and label stock areas to improve picking efficiency and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or retail is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of barcode scanners and inventory software.
