Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Update and maintain inventory management systems and databases with real-time stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to optimize warehouse flow and safety.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline stock replenishment processes.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or Warehouse Associate (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
