Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and freight modes
- Manage documentation: bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS systems and provide proactive updates
- Optimize routes and negotiate rates to reduce transportation costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and vendor teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with Austin-based experience preferred
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
