Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain organized and accurate digital and physical records of all inventory movements.
- Assist in the stocking, labeling, and placement of merchandise in designated storage areas.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory levels and report them to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Utilize barcode scanners and inventory management software (ERP systems) to update stock databases.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime during peak seasons.
