Responsibilities
- Conduct daily physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies by investigating variances and updating records.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments from vendors.
- Prepare and organize outbound orders for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper-based inventory logs using WMS software.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a safe, clutter-free workspace.
- Communicate inventory needs and stock shortages to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate stock calculations.
