Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Process and file documentation accurately for all warehouse transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Assist in stock rotation and identifying slow-moving inventory.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends.
