Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and participate in monthly and annual physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Enter and update inventory data into our ERP system (SAP/Oracle) in a timely and error-free manner.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize efficiency and ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of outbound orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Identify and report damaged or missing inventory items to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic forklift certification is a plus but not required.
