Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders to ensure correctness.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP system.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, reporting them to the Warehouse Manager.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the warehouse to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
