Responsibilities
- Perform daily physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical inventory records using ERP systems.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the warehouse to optimize storage efficiency.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely restocking of high-demand items.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry) is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret reports.
