Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Excel spreadsheets.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in the organization and storage of products, ensuring efficient stock rotation (FIFO).
- Prepare and process stock transfers, returns, and packing lists with precision.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and barcode systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
