Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assist in the organization and storage of products, ensuring efficient stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Prepare and process stock transfers, returns, and packing lists with precision.
  • Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and barcode systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
