Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and perform random stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory records and track stock movement in real-time.
- Assist in the receiving, checking, and storing of incoming merchandise to ensure proper handling.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, pick lists, and packing slips for outbound orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to the team lead immediately for resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided.
