Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in digital tracking platforms
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock rotation protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management decision-making support
- Conduct quality audits on received goods against purchase orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution settings
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training required)
- Basic Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
